Hope Reborn: Meet the Children of Amanah

1. Sarah's Dream of Becoming a Teacher Sarah, 10, lost both of her parents and struggled to find stability before coming to Amanah. Today, she lives in our residential care and is excelling in her primary school classes. Her favorite subject is mathematics, and she dreams of becoming a teacher so she can pass her knowledge on to other children in her community.

2. David's Artistic Journey When David, 12, arrived at Amanah, he was withdrawn and lacked confidence. Enrolled in our residential care and education programs, David discovered a remarkable talent for drawing and painting. With the encouragement of our staff, he is now channeling his creativity and thriving emotionally.

3. Grace Finds Her Voice Grace, 8, is one of the brightest smiles in our residential care facility. Though she faced severe challenges before joining us, our welfare programs and on-site counseling provided her with a healing environment. She is now an active, cheerful student who loves to sing and read storybooks.

4. Jonathan's Path to Vocational Excellence Jonathan, 16, aged out of traditional primary education but had a strong desire to learn a trade. Through our education and community development programs, he was enrolled in a local vocational training center to study carpentry. He is currently learning skills that will allow him to secure a well-paying job and support himself.

5. Rebecca's Health and Happiness Rebecca, 6, came to us malnourished and without access to basic medical care. Thanks to our child welfare and health monitoring program, she received the necessary medical attention and a nutritious diet. She is now a healthy, energetic girl who loves attending our early childhood education classes.
